RUNNING WILD-The brotherhood (my review)

Fantastic!
I must say this album is absolutely one of the best they've ever recorded, for example after "Rivalry" or "Death or Glory". Here are very attractive songs with interesting choruses and melodies. Newer musical progress is audible very well here. Sound is pretty good, a lyrical content is good well adapted to songs, atmosphere is magical, music is irresistible and delicious.
I love every song, every second of this album. Everything is perfect about it. The most known songs are "Welcome to hell", "Soulstrippers", "The brotherhood", "Pirate song", "The Ghost".
"The ghost" is one of Running Wild's longest songs (10:23) containing a lot of fascinating and breathtaking melodies.
As well as other Running Wild albums this one is full of heavy metal adventure and it is an another treasure in this music genre by all means.
Masterpiece with all ten stars in my review.

RUNNING WILD-Victory (my review)

Running Wild started the year 2000 with the last album with theme of good versus evil. It's the only album without pirate content of lyrics in their career.
But it was also a newer start for them in new millennium. Album is delicious and attractive because of all those songs. Songs contains mainly fast and hard guitar riffs connected with a typical voice and style of the singer Rolf Kasparek.
Work of every musician is admirable here. Now I can say this is one of my favourites. It was a newer energy for heavy metal in the newer Running Wild period. Newer, more interesting ideas makes this album unique too.
Great Victory in this metal battlefield for band. Album will be in this music genre very significant in the future for long time. And eternally. It's wonderful, another wonderful adventure in music world and dimension of Running Wild band.

RUNNING WILD-The Rivalry (my review)

And here is another Running Wild album which is a result of incredible performance. Here is a perfect collaboration among members, musicians. They created, composed a lot of wonderful melodies what is very great. Also this album contains interesting lyrics in their career.
I absolutely can not hear any weak or uninteresting note in these songs. Album is full of energy, importance, majesty and perfection.
You can find also long enough songs with interesting atmosphere-"Ballad of William Kidd", "Fire and thunder", "War and peace", "Return of the dragon".
Another songs are fast, heavy and wild with powerful choruses and music. Heavy metal and mainly Speed metal is an inseparable part of this album. Fantastic adventurous ride of Running Wild band better than ever before.
One of the greatest albums in the history of this music genre.

RUNNING WILD-Masquerade (my review)

A real heavy metal ride with everything possible for this music genre.
A lot of previous albums contains melodious enough guitar riffs but this album is mainly full of energy, specially. Here are also some melodious guitar riffs but not so much.
It's more about fast and furious and wonderful songs. As always, Running Wild's lyrics tells about many stories. Mainly about good versus evil on this album. "Masquerade" contains some newer ideas and that album cover is fantastic. It is something like a heavy metal energizer with everlasting energy.
And nothing else can stop it. Running Wild is also in a good time here. Album is powerful and magical because of all these things and elements.
The most interesting songs are "Masquerade", "Black soul", "Lions of the sea", "Wheel of doom", "Men in black", "Underworld". Running Wild deserves an admiration for this one album and it must be among all those other heavy metal albums.
Running Wild band was continuing at progress, although, it was a great band at that time already.
The band's presence is very significant in this music genre, obviously.

RUNNING WILD-Black Hand Inn (my review)

This is Running Wild's return to classic, typical style with great melodies, powerful vocals and fantastic atmosphere.
Better than "Pile of skulls" album. This album is more interesting because of long but very good songs and because of more attractive lyrics.
Running Wild recorded their longest song ever. "Genesis (The making and the fall of the man). Over 15 minutes long. That's very admirable performance.
Also I praise Running Wild for always newer and newer ideas in their music. One of the most melodious albums by this band. Because this album ranks among the best they ever recorded.
Another long and wonderful heavy metal adventure, jewel, masterpiece. Such is Running Wild band in full force again.
I like album cover too, it's so glamorous and one of most beautiful in their discography by all means.
It is a truthful fact this album will be significant in the future of this music style as well as other albums.
I have no favorite song, all of them are fantastic.

RUNNING WILD-Pile of skulls (my review)

This album is more about majestic and powerful guitar riffs. Even if here is less guitar melodies than on previous albums it always sounds pretty good.
This fact doesn't make this album bad. It is also full of energy, adventure, interesting lyrics and attractive music performance. One of the best songs containing a lot of wonderful melodies is over 11 minutes long. "Treasure Island" is the song based on the book of the same title by Robert Louis Stevenson.
Here on this album is described another story about pirate Henry Jennings in the song "Jennings' revenge".
So, this album ranks among most interesting by Running Wild because of very various lyrical content. But mainly "Treasure Island" is very admirable song. Album is sufficiently impressive and successful among other Running Wild albums.
And also ranks among legendary heavy metal albums. Running Wild showed again how important, meaningful and sensible band is.
"Pile of skulls" makes heavy metal better and stronger too.

RUNNING WILD-Blazon Stone (my review)

Another album continuing with great choruses and music. It shows a bombastic, magnificent progress in everything for this band.
These musicians are really talented by all means. Album cover with emblems is one of their most beautiful. One essence is a lyrical content and music is another one. This makes this album unique enough, as always in case of Running Wild.
It was really successful and important period for band in early 90s. "Blazon Stone" must rank among all these wonderful heavy metal albums. It's something like a wonder...monumental wonder and golden masterpiece and another unforgettable heavy metal experience, adventure. Album is very lively, every melody makes me happy, makes everything better. Such is Running Wild band in another very surprising performance.
Also "Blazon Stone" will be unforgettable in heart, mind and soul of this music style. And my favourite songs? All songs are my favourites. Because it's impossible to choose only one. I would like to say Running Wild has each one song very beautiful.
In these songs are emotional experiences and enjoyable moments.
Very significant album.

RUNNING WILD-Death or glory (my review)

Ten songs full of another adventurous experience. And full of many fascinating guitar riffs, crushing bass, drums, powerful vocals and choruses.
And glamorous atmosphere with lyrics which says about many stories. Yes, this is another ride of Running Wild band. I must say this is very wonderful band's performance. I don't hear any weak song here. I enjoy every second of these songs. Emotional lyrical content and vocals. Impression is very strong for me. Glorious meaning and glorious songs are something like heavy, speed metal anthems.
Death or Glory? I say "Glory for Running Wild. Eternal glory!"
A band has done a lot for this music style.

Album is built by magnificent guitar riffs specially. Many guitar solos and melodies makes this album very favourable for enjoy and feelings.
For example, songs "Riding the storm", "Running blood", "Bad to the bone", "Death or Glory" and "Battle of Waterloo" are a proof of these great guitar melodies. Behind all these songs are beautiful heavy metal moments and experiences. And also important stories and historical moments are described very well here.
It is an another Running Wild masterpiece by all means.
Golden star in the heavy metal constellation. Unforgettable part of heavy metal music and history. This is Running Wild in full force. Better than before.

RUNNING WILD-Port Royal (my review)

A successive progress of this band is audible here very well. It was a golden period for them. Golden period with plentiful ideas.
Album contains more interesting melodies and choruses than before on the previous album. Also contains very powerful songs construction. I think this is one of their best albums they ever recorded during these years.
Sound is pretty good, each one musical instrument is audible with enormous importance. It's an album with really special meaning by the way.
"Port Royal" is a golden star in heavy metal constellation. Album cover is one of the most beautiful in Running Wild discography and in metal world. The best known song is "Conquistadors" which is incredibly fascinating. And this album contains also one of the best instrumental songs of all time in heavy metal history. "Final gates".
Running Wild showed how talented band they are. Absolutely. "Port Royal" is a golden treasure and it will always be an unforgettable part of this music style.

RUNNING WILD-Branded and Exiled (my review)

This is more wonderful than previous album. German heavy metal pirates recorded what I regards as one of my favourite Running Wild albums. As always, I love every song and I can not choose best one.
It is an impressive and majestic music experience through the stories they've written. And these guitar riffs, solos and melodies and incredibly magnificent and magical. Running Wild is a band with everlasting meaning and with inexhaustible ideas in this music genre.
This album is a rapid wind for every heavy metal ear. This music always brings a joy to me. As well as other bands also this band means a lot to me.
I appreciate their presence in heavy metal music for all those years. "Branded and exiled" proves an another meaning, another wonder which will be permanently immortal in the future.
This one album was an another progress, another step for band.
And many praiseworthy words describes this album. Running Wild ranks among the bands which have no successors because Running Wild is only one.

RUNNING WILD-Gates to purgatory (my review)

The first attack from these heavy metal pirates shows really serious meaning in this music genre.
Running Wild started to feed this genre with their piracy themes specially. I think it was used at first time in all heavy metal history just by this band.
Running Wild are the first metal pirates. A lyrical content made this band really unique. Running Wild also created one of the best guitar melodies of all time. They are legend which created Pirate Metal as a subgenre of heavy metal.

"Gates to purgatory" means very much for the beginning of band. Each one song has a furious, rapid music with an enormous energy.
The band deserves a lot of admiration for what they recorded. Running Wild ranks among great heavy metal bands as well as for example Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Accept or Saxon.
"Gates of purgatory" is a beautiful heavy metal experience and enjoyment. Running Wild is an immortal legendary band.
And legends never dies.

RUNNING WILD-Under Jolly Roger (my review)

Heavy metal pirates recorded in 1987 one of the best albums in the history of this music genre. Running Wild are known for their beautiful albums covers, powerful music and interesting lyrics.
Mainly Rolf Kasparek who has written a lot of excellent and melodious songs. He is really a meaningful and important part of this band.
Each one song contains very perfect atmosphere and that's why this band is on my favourite list. These songs are jewels. I love them all.
This album is older than 30 years but still sounds attractively enough. And still will be...
I always returns to this album if I have a time. "Under Jolly Roger" is a thunderstorm. It is very furious heavy metal experience with a great atmosphere. And one of the most admirable things is that this band has created own style.
Doubtless, they ranks among heavy metal gods as well as another successful bands. Album starts with a powerful song "Under Jolly Roger" and ends with"Merciless game".
It is really serious heavy metal album and of course, Running Wild has a lot of fantastic albums.
Running Wild is very unique band in this music style. Another golden metal star.

OVERKILL-The wings of war (my review)

Overkill came with a new album and this thrash metal world is so happy.
It is an another golden jewel with killing, crushing, crazy music, lyrics and atmosphere.
It is an another powerful flame by those thrashers. This is thrashing from New Jersey in full force. Album cover is something like "Horrorscope". And I love it so much.
Music is something like a newer fist from hell striking perpetually through everything.
New Overkill album is here to kick everybody 's ear. "The wings of war" are here to learn everybody what is Overkill all about. New Jersey thrashers are perfect here, totally. As always, but now it is more interesting.
I thought it won't be better than previous album but I turned my opinion. Yes, these New Jersey thrashers never give a shit. They are better than before. And stronger. Musical experience and atmosphere is very wonderful.
Sound of every instrument is clear and very well audible. I personally admire Bobby Blitz. This singer is always good. He is one of those thrash metal gods. His vocal performance is an important part of this band too.
Bobby screams so sharp like a razor through this destructive music. And yes, this is Overkill. Better than before. That's right. Also a lyrical content is one of the best Overkill ever created. I like it very much. I love lyrics of this unique band too. I love each one song but I can choose my absolutely favourite ones-"Where few dare to walk", "Last man standing", "Distortion" and "Out on the road-kill".

Overkill. It is a thrash metal machine with everything possible and impossible. Probably one of their most furious albums. I am being enjoyed they are always here to play the best music in the world.
"The wings of war" is a golden star, shooting star in the heavy metal universe. Chaly got the power!
