Apocalyptica-Cult(my review)

The third album was a sign of future for Apocalyptica. They created own songs in inquisition symphony but here are mainly their songs. Those all songs are written by master Eicca Toppinen. Apocalyptica connected classical music with heavy metal. Those riffs are so strong as from band Slayer.
Really fast heavy songs "Path", "Struggle", "Pray", "In memoriam", "Hyperventilation", "Hope" are about the most mad face of Apocalyptica. In those songs are interesting changes of tempos.
Fascinating riffs on cellos makes this album very strong. The sound of cellos destroys and those all solos are great.
Apocalyptica created also slower songs with beautiful melodies. "Romance" and mainly "Beyond time" are so beautiful. Song "Coma" is the darkest on this album with very sad riffs, atmosphere.
Apocalyptica used in their songs heavy riffs and influence of classical music. In those songs are surprising changes of tempos. Apocalyptica used percussions and special effects. This was a new way which made interesting atmosphere.
Development of Apocalyptica is obvious here.
Apocalyptica didn't forget for roots and played Metallica songs-Fight fire with fire and Until it sleeps. They also played one cover song by classical artist Edward Grieg-Hall of the mountain king. This song is another wild face of Apocalyptica. They gave for this song real thrashing atmosphere.
"Cult" is artwork which must be acknowledged.
