Judas Priest-Defenders of the faith(my review)

After successful enough album"Screaming for vengeance" Judas Priest started to make more earnest songs. In those songs are magic elements for every fans of Judas Priest.
In my opinion this album is favorite, for me sure. Defenders of the faith is unique because those songs are very fascinating. Judas Priest started turning their style better. Album contains everything good from vocals to drums. Rob Halford sings better than on "Screaming for vengeance" or on "Point of entry". Guitarists Glen Tipton and KK Downing created so majestic melodies, riffs here.
This album is overwhelming and has overtime. Starts with first song "Freewheel burning" which says that full album is great. "Jawbreaker" is another fantastic song. And great time with music continues with "Rock hard, ride free". "The sentinel" which has beautiful melodies, vocals. "Love bites" has impressive intro, atmosphere, lyrics. "Eat me alive" is hard running song. "Some heads are gonna roll" has interesting refrain, catchy atmosphere. "Night comes down" is very beautiful song with great vocals. "Heavy duty" has heavy riffs and "Defenders of the faith" is mysterious end of album.
Bonus track "Turn on your light" is beautiful slow song which is on remastered version.
Simply really masterpiece.

Judas Priest-Painkiller(my review)

Judas Priest suddenly changed from heavy metal band to speed, thrash metal band in year 1990 just with this album.
Painkiller album is their the hardest, heaviest. Album contains great, majestic songs with crushing atmosphere. Album art cover shows the furious face of music. Album starts with "Painkiller" which contains mad riffs and high screams by Rob Halford. This song is a total attack. "Hell patrol" continues with fascinating atmosphere. "All guns blazing" has great lyrics, guitars. "Leather rebel" and "Metal meltdown" force everybody to tell it's awesome. "Night crawler" has very catchy beautiful melodies. "Between the hammer and the anvil" is another hard, perfect song. "A touch of evil" is slower but ranks among the most known songs by Judas Priest. "One shoot at glory" is majestic song with great lyrics, melodies, vocals. Judas Priest recorded masterpiece. Here is no weak place. It's hard, heavy and mad. Every musician created fascinating nature here on this album.
It's really unbelievable that Judas Priest recorded such hard, speed album. Painkiller is really insuperable. And it's true that this album ranks among the greatest heavy, speed and thrash metal albums. Explanation-Judas Priest was closer to the bands Metallica, Anthrax or Megadeth just with this album. I don't know any other heavy metal band which did do it too.

And interesting is that Metallica recorded The black album year after Painkiller by Judas Priest. Painkiller is in this example heavier album than Metallica's The black album.

Tyrant-Running hot(my review)

When I will look to the past I will see one interesting album.
Running hot was recorded in year 1986 by German heavy metal band Tyrant which is not active now and maybe will never be alive. But they recorded really fantastic, fascinating album which is very fresh also today. Sound and structure of songs is startling. Album contains great, majestic riffs, refrain, vocals, lyrics. It's really fascinating and impressive that this band from Germany recorded such strong album. Running hot ranks among such great albums like British steel by Judas Priest or Piece of mind by Iron Maiden.
It's attractive enough. Expectation of heavy riffs is certainty here.
The first song "Rock your bottom" contains heavy enough atmosphere, mainly those vocals by Kerrmit. "Break out" is more aggressive and still has melodies full of energy. "Taste of paradise" is capricious song. "When the Raven flies again" has catchy melody. "Running hot" is the hot song that must address. "Fire at sea" is full of energy and shows the strong face of an album. "Take the most dangerous way" has pretty good melody. "Get ready" is really catchy song. "She's a killer" is wild and furious song and has mad lyrics. "Starlight" starts with beautiful bass guitar intro in style of Iron Maiden. Then there are fantastic riffs, refrain, solos, atmosphere.
It's really beautiful what this band from Germany recorded.

Razor-Evil invaders(my review)

Canadian thrash metal scene had an ace which was making enormous tornado in music. The band Razor created really sharp as razor. Song by song shows unstoppable doom, disaster through the darkest atmosphere. No one place is weak or bad.
This album must be in thrash metal paradise.
Every song is fast, hard shooting. Guitars makes sharp, fast, mad thrashing like a typical razors. Drums are furious like a bulls and bass guitar roars from out the deep. Very unique, mad are vocals. Singer screams like a total furious beast. He's acting like a maniac, evil invader. Vocals makes more furious atmosphere. Those musicians are very angry beasts.
What can I say?
"Evil invaders" album is absolutely thrash attack. Lyrics tells about evil, hell, violence, riot, madness, death. It's just crazy album which starts with awesome instrumental song "Nowhere fast".
The greatest songs are "Cross me fool", "Evil invaders", "Instant death", "Cut throat" and "Tortured skull".

Hallow's eve-Monument(my review)

In times of the beginning of thrash metal there was interesting enough band. They came with album which contains rolling riffs and melodies.
This album is established on catchy riffs and refrains. Majority of songs has simple melodies and it shows easier face of thrash metal. But it shows unique face too. Through it all this album sounds attractive. Guitars plays sometimes hard, sometimes fast. Drums and bass guitar are good adapted to every song. Vocals are interesting, mainly clean.
Expressive songs are Speed freak, Monument, Painkiller, Righteous ones and No sanctuary.
Just No sanctuary is the hardest song on album. Rot Gut is slower song but with interesting and impressive melodies.
Monument is a little memory on Hallow's eve.

Living Death-Protected from reality(my review)

This is one of the most horror albums which will crush the feelings. Every song on this album contains mad, sharp guitars, strong drums, bass, and very mad, impressive vocals by Thorsten Bergman. I think he was really unique. Lyrics tells about war, death, killing and madness. Sound is very thrash. Riffs and solos tells about interesting work by this German band.
Pretty mad is also album cover. The songs Horrible solution, Manila terror, Nature's death, Vengeance, Intruder and War of Independence are crushing, thrashing songs with fantastic horror atmosphere.
The galley is slower song with dark nature, mood.
Wood of necrophiliac is fascinating instrumental song with mysterious, dark guitar intro. Song contains good riffs, solos and atmosphere. Wood of necrophiliac is one of the best instrumental song in thrash metal.
Living Death recorded great album. But this band is gone forever.
This album remembers the band which is gone so long.

Testament-Brotherhood of the snake(my review)

I will giving the praise because I know that Testament is a sensational band. After "Dark roots of Earth" album I think they started to write more thrashing songs. For example "Brotherhood of the snake" song is the fastest song by Testament I've ever heard. This song contains really angry atmosphere. Of course album contains some melodic riffs but not very. This album is absolute thrashing and mainly crushing. If someone was expecting Dark roots of Earth 2 then he was surprised.
Testament recorded thrash metal atomic bomb. No song gives a shit. There's no weak place. No return to serenity. Songs are like a hurricanes which devastates the land.
Guitars by Alex Skolnick and Eric Peterson are sharp razors, drums by Gene Hoglan are cannons, bass guitar is a total attack.
Chuck Billy is angry volcano here. He makes earthquake in thrash metal world. Testament recorded the strongest album in their career.
