⭐The skull beneath the skin

The first Megadeth lyrics are full of evil things and stories. Yes, the beginning of this band was really furious also for a lyrical content. 
This song is a result that Megadeth started to be very unique band in this way.

⭐Rattle head

This was a good choice that they've created lyric about their mascot "Vic Rattlehead" and a big meaning was born in heavy metal world.
Here is very well described what Megadeth mascot is about. Because Megadeth wouldn't be Megadeth without Rattlehead...and without Dave Mustaine too, of course.

⭐Wake up dead

Very terrifying words and meaning of this song. Although, it's short enough lyric but always very impressive and one of the best in their career.

⭐Peace sells 

This is absolutely best lyric they've ever written on this significant album (Peace sells...but who's buying?).
Song has something very magical and special in itself.
And that chorus is perfect.
And also another Megadeth lyrics were not merely about one thing. Megadeth have become a very serious band with those lyrical topics: 
War, life, death, political opinions, existence, future and a little bit of fantasy.
The band and Dave Mustaine created own style, own way and own personal philosophy.

⭐Set the world afire

Megadeth were writing about nuclear holocaust and freedom of speech on "So far, so good, so what!"album.
Newer topics for them.
This lyric ranks among apocalyptic and among the most known.

⭐In my darkest hour

Very emotional and truthful meaning. One of the best from "So far" album.

⭐Liar

Dave Mustaine has written very sharp words about liar.
Those "verbal razors" are very well adapted.

⭐Hook in mouth

Lyric about censorship and freedom of speech. It ranks among the most known lyrics.
Most important words of freedom are "I am not a fish, I am a man". Mustaine expressed his personal dislike and resistance to P.M.R.C. and censorship too.

⭐Holy wars...The punishment due 

Oh, yeah, this lyric is so truthful and interesting too. Megadeth created another great words for the song. 
They are so good in this way. That's why I love this band.

⭐Hangar 18 

Hangar 18 is an another look into the mind of band. Song says a story about "Air Force base" in Dayton, Ohio. Lyric ranks among truthful and based on reality.

⭐Five magics

Inspired by fantasy novel "Master of the five magics" by Lyndon Hardy. It is a very unique lyric in their career.

⭐Tornado of souls 

Such lyrics are pretty good.
Megadeth proved a lot on "Rust in peace" album.

Here is described a nuclear disaster. Another perfect part of Megadeth existence and history.

⭐Countdown to extinction (album)

This is very great and successful album. It contains very excellent and interesting lyrical topics.
Very important part of this album too. Each song has own story, meaning and this is a proof of success. 
This period was golden for Megadeth as for lyrics and music.
I love very much these songs and lyrics, specially here. 

⭐Youthanasia (album)

A lyrical content is a little similar to "Countdown to extinction". But it is still something very special from this band. Here are very impressive and interesting lyrical topics they have written for this album.
Very incredible and beautiful lyrics are in "Elysian fields", "Blood of heroes", "A tout le monde". 
Own Megadeth philosophy and fantasy is written in "Train of consequences" or "Addicted to chaos".
And for example, "Youthanasia" song is a proof of truthful opinion. 
Album contains various lyrical topics and that's really great.

⭐Angry again 

It is one of their best lyrics. Exactly such angry as the song title.

⭐Trust

It is one of the many emotional lyrics that makes this popular song unforgettable as well as others. 

⭐Almost honest

In my opinion, it's a really attractive lyric and something special and unique from this band. 

⭐The disintegrators 

This is one of many aggressive and destructive lyrics. I personally love that chorus. So powerful.

⭐A secret place

I feel a special affection to this lyric and song because it's so beautiful. Very beautiful and fabulous.
There's something very special and magical in that.
Very magical atmosphere.

⭐She-wolf

Very well described story about dangerous, furious and wild creature "She-wolf".
This is Megadeth in full force. What else. I love it so much.

⭐Disconnect

Another very impressive lyrical content and topic. 
Song has a real and truthful meaning that can become in life.

⭐The world needs a hero 

I am so stunned about Megadeth lyrics.
Still learning more and more about this band. It is very unique lyrical topic. 

⭐1000 times goodbye

Another truthful lyric based on real life. It is about relationship and divorce between a man and woman.

⭐Burning bridges

Yes, it's also something from a real life. About man who wants to destroy his bad past and wants to burn all those bridges he left behind.

⭐Dread and the fugitive mind

It is about escape from dread when some man is always persecuted by justice and judgement.
And, obviously, one of my very favourite lyrics. And I like those words "If you shake my hand better count your fingers" especially. 

⭐Kick the chair

I am glad to know that Megadeth still write such excellent lyrics for music they play. Very powerful words.

⭐The scorpion

Incredibly truthful and impressive. Oh, and that atmosphere is breathtaking and very magical.

⭐Back in the day

Very good look into the past and into the early years of Megadeth. I love it very much.

⭐Truth be told

Another powerful lyric that contains a words very close to reality and truth.
Truth be told and be known.

⭐Of mice and men

Very personal lyric written by Dave Mustaine. Full of emotions, truth and feelings.
Very interesting and inspiring song.

⭐Headcrusher

Another aggressive and typical thrash metal lyric in the Megadeth style. Headcrusher is fascinating.

⭐Sudden death

From the newer Megadeth period it is a clear proof of their meaning in thrash metal. Lyrics are very personal, familiar sign for a band generally and specially.

⭐Millennium of the blind

My impression?
One of the best and most attractive song titles I have ever known from this band.
Very excellent. Something similar to "Foreclosure of a dream".
As for me, I'm stunned and surprised as always when it is Megadeth.

⭐Dystopia (album)

And I am stunned here also, absolutely and definitely.
Another very impressive lyrics since "Countdown to extinction" album. Each song has its own essence, story and meaning. These lyrics shows an another dimension in Megadeth world. It is a phenomenon in all this thrash metal history.
And who knows?
What will Megadeth look like after Dystopia???

Iron Maiden-Flight 666 (my review)

It is really the most adventurous musical experience you can ever see and hear and feel.
Their flight, their heavy metal mission was done very well. They were playing 23 concerts on 5 continents in 45 days. That's more than admirable.
DVD One contains The Film "Iron Maiden-Flight 666" and DVD Two contains the full set of 16 songs filmed live in 16 different cities.
I think that this was the best thing Iron Maiden ever done. They dedicated and made a perfect gift for fans all over the world.
On DVD One is filmed an Iron Maiden life definitely and that's excellent to know about it.
Song list on DVD Two consist of a very famous and beautiful songs they composed. A big surprise are songs "Revelations", "Wasted years", "Rime of the ancient mariner", "Powerslave", "The clairvoyant" and "Hallowed be thy name".
Those songs are my favourites by all means.
DVD Two also ranks among an incredibly precious live albums.
It is full of fascinating and impressive feelings, emotions which are audible and visible from the side of band and audience too.

Iron Maiden will always be written down in heavy metal history with their albums and live albums too. They are very precious and excellent musicians.
I could watch it every day, I would do it.
Such powerful this musical jewel is.

Up the Irons!

Iron Maiden-Death on the road (my review)

Iron Maiden is a band with an incredible sense for music and live performances. They have always a great ideas in regard to concerts.
They have also the most beautiful stage in heavy metal music. I have seen this DVD many times and always I love it. Their music is a total joy and power and beauty. At their concerts are an unforgettable moments as well as on this DVD.
Songs from "Dance of death" album sounds most attractive. I love this one album very much and for example, "Brave new world" sounds very beautifully.
This DVD is full of excellent atmosphere between band and audience.
It is a result of an irresistible experience. All musicians are admirable. A great cheer is among them. And that's good. Bruce Dickinson is perfect as always and I like so much his performance here.
Iron Maiden recorded one of their most impressive, beautiful and powerful DVD ever.

Up the Irons!

The Big 4:Live from Sofia, Bulgaria (my review)

It is the best and most excellent DVD I have ever seen. All these four greatest bands that were creating such powerful music genre were unified to create this beautiful DVD.
It is an unforgettable and significant music experience.
Each one band proved an inspiring performance. And each band in its own style of thrash metal they prefers more and with an unique accent and sound.
Those bands has an impressive stages on this DVD.
The most impressive moment is a song "Am I evil?" Where all these bands are playing together on one stage. I like this moment very much.
In my opinion, the best sound and song list has Megadeth and Anthrax. And just Megadeth is very significant and magical element of this DVD. This band has simply something very special in itself.
But, yea, it is all about The Big 4, entirely.
For each band of Big 4 it is a sign that they have proved a lot for this unique and inexhaustible music style.

🎸Metallica-
This Metallica live performance is one of their best. Atmosphere is very, very remarkable and adventurous. It couldn't be better because it's incredibly perfect.

🎸Anthrax-
Joey came back and it was a great sign for Anthrax in the future. I like a sound and songs very much, especially "I am the law".

🎸Slayer-
Slayer showed their own aggressive and furious thrash metal attack. It's their another very powerful performance.

🎸Megadeth-
But the most of all those four bands I love Megadeth. Because they performed with an unique and very impressive musical meaning.
I am stunned again, as always, their concerts are breathtaking. And I love very much these songs they played on this DVD.
And, especially "In my darkest hour" and "Hook in mouth". These two songs are really magical at Megadeth concerts.

All this DVD is full of majestic experiences and musical adventures.
