In the world of Apocalyptica, this album is sporadically sunny and sometimes sad. There are a lot of musical emotions.
Songs are multifarious and impressive. Tunes with singers are "I'm not Jesus", "Helden", "S.O.S. (Anything but love)", "I don't care". These 4 songs are with many interesting, slow, beautiful melodies. But they ain't such great like another songs.
Instrumental part of this album is the best cello metal ride.
There's full attack of cello crushing riffs, destroying and smashing the atmosphere. Cellos sounds pretty heavy, hard and powerful. Like a thunder. Solos are sharp, fast, excellent and sometimes slow. All these slow cello solos are the most beautiful ornament of this album.
Drums, mainly in fast parts of the songs are a total cannonade in this cello storm.
Best drumming is in the "Last hope". King of drums, Dave Lombardo is more than excellent here. I praise and love so much "Last hope". The greatest song on this album. All cello riffs are totally stunning.
Apocalyptica performed a great music intelligence and essence.
I gotta write that in instrumental Apocalyptica is a supernatural power. A supernatural uniqueness.
Worlds collide in its own essence is a masterpiece and ornament in their discography. Unforgettable cello wonderment.
